How do I change my order?
If you want to change your shipping information or ordered items, pls email us or directly contact us here within 24 hours after your order is placed.
How can I track my package ?
You can check tracking updates by yourself after we shipping out your items :

Paste the tracking number into the search bar to track the latest delivery record.
I placed an order but not receiving a confirmation email.
We send a confirmation email to every customer right after they placed an order.
If you are not sure if you filled in your correct email address when ordering, pls email us your order number and your correct email. We will resend it soon.
How do I request a refund?
Pls email us at support@pompomplanet.com and send us your order number. We will process your request in 24 hours on weekdays.
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
We ship orders within 24-36 hours after receiving your order. If you found your order hasn't shipped on time, pls check if your order includes any pre-sale products. Pls patiently wait until all items are ready to be shipped together.
If you do not expect to wait anymore, pls contact us to remove the pre-sale ones you ordered so that other stock items will be shipped out soon.
